Welcome!

Thank you for your service in government! Having served in state government for thirteen years and worked extensively with local government in various positions, I know the role you fill can be both fulfilling and frustrating. While you have an immense opportunity to make a positive impact on the world through your work, you may often be held back by time, resource, and administrative constraints.

Helping public servants and government organizations reach their highest potential is why I started ImpactfulGov.

I have experienced the many ways in which the daily demands of your positions make it hard to prioritize those actions that would help to move you and your organization forward. Activities like:

  • Devoting purposeful effort to professional development of yourself and your employees;
  • Analyzing current processes to ensure they are necessary and efficient; and
  • Developing compelling goals for the future of your organization so it can proactively serve your community;

often are placed on the backburner, in favor of today's crisis or deadline.

We are here to support you and your team to change this dynamic.

On an individual basis, we will work with you to break through barriers that are preventing you from reaching your full potential and truly enjoying your career.

For organizations, we can help chart an ambitious path forward that both serves your community and motivates your team.

We look forward to speaking with you about how we can assist you and your organization. Until then, keep up the great work!
